Manufacturing capabilities

Own plant, own machines, own accountability.

CNC machining, precision finishing and assembly run in our own factory, with production, engineering and quality teams in the same building. Routine models are held in stock; low-frequency and special specifications are produced to order on the same equipment.

  • Own factory Production lines, machining centres, CNC

  • In house Assembly and inspection on site

Core processes

What runs in our own plant.

Machining, finishing, assembly and inspection run in house: a specification change stays a change of programme rather than of supplier, and technical questions are answered where the part was made.

Process 01

CNC machining

Machining centres and CNC equipment cut the part to the drawing on our own programme, so the geometry of a repeat order is the geometry of the first one.

Process 02

Precision machining

Critical dimensions, fit and surface quality are brought to the drawing tolerance and checked against it, not judged by eye at the bench.

Process 03

Automation and assembly

Automated equipment carries the repetitive work, while assembly, fitting and adjustment are done by the team that machined the parts.

Core processes

Cut to the drawing on our own programme.

Machining centres and CNC equipment cut the part to the drawing on our own programme, so the geometry of a repeat order is the geometry of the first one. Precision machining and assembly follow in the same plant.

Key processes

From raw material to packed part.

Every order follows the same route. What changes is the operation sequence written for that part — and where the inspection points sit inside it. These are the steps a customer can ask about at any time.

  1. 01 Material and preparation

Material is issued against the order and prepared for the first operation.

  2. 02 CNC machining

Machining centres and CNC equipment produce the geometry of the part.

  3. 03 Precision finishing

Critical dimensions and surfaces are brought to the drawing tolerance.

  4. 04 Assembly and fitting

Components that belong together are assembled, fitted and adjusted in house.

  5. 05 Inspection in the route

Checked at the operation where an error would appear, before the next operation buries it.

  6. 06 Packing and dispatch

Parts are counted, protected and packed, and the documentation is checked against the specification.

Scale and supply logic

Stock for what repeats. Production for what does not.

Two flows run on the same equipment: routine models held in stock, low-frequency or special specifications produced in planned batches against the order book. Lead time is quoted for the model you need.

  • In stock Routine models with steady demand are held ready
  • To order Low-frequency models are produced in planned batches
  • Special specs Customer-specific variants follow the same route
  • Order book Capacity is planned against incoming orders
  • Per model Lead time is quoted for that model, not generically
  • Confirmed first Specification is agreed before production starts

OEM and custom supply

Matched to a build schedule, not to a catalogue guess.

A machine builder orders against a machine, not a web listing. The part matches the model being built and the next batch matches it again — the reference is fixed before production, not after delivery.

  • Drawing and specification confirmed The reference the part will be judged against is fixed before anything is produced.
  • Sample for a new machine build A first article is supplied and checked on the machine before volume is committed.
  • Repeat supply on a frozen specification Later orders repeat the reference instead of drifting away from it.
  • Packing and documentation Counted, protected and documented for the destination the order travels to.

Not every custom request is accepted. Feasibility is assessed first, and a project that does not fit the process is refused before it becomes a delay.

Packing and dispatch

Counted, protected, documented.

Parts are counted, protected and packed for the destination the order travels to, and the documentation is checked against the specification before dispatch.

Next step

Send the drawing, the model or the part.

Describe what has to be produced, which machine it fits and how many you need. If it is a routine model we will confirm stock or lead time; if it is customer-specific we will tell you what the process can do.
