How cooperation starts
Three stages from first contact to series supply.
A builder decides quickly whether a supplier can hold a schedule. These are the three stages, in the order they happen, whether the part is an existing model or a new feeding function.
Stage 01
Requirement review
Machine model, the component or feeding function, the quantity pattern and the delivery expectation are reviewed together. This is where a standard model is identified, or a development need is confirmed.
First contact
Stage 02
Sample and validation
For a new platform: sample, bench check, on-machine result. For an established model: the specification is confirmed against the machine before the first order is released.
Evidence first
Stage 03
Series supply
The specification is recorded, the supply and packing pattern is agreed, and repeat orders run against the same reference. Technical questions stay with the team that made the part.
